| Technical Data | Description | ||
| Operating temp: | - 20 ...+ 60 degree C | The Flaw meter is adjustable to lengths in range of 12... 500 mm. Customer must adjust the lens to the required working distance. The device can compare gray scales in 128 sections from a surface under analysis. The linear PDA has 128 pixels. The common term for the flaw sensor is the "line scanner". Lens placed in front of a linear detector projects on it the intensity distribution from a part being inspected. By reading the condition of pixels customer can detect surface flaws or measure dimensions. Sensor can be scanned as fact as 2 MHz, and it must be mounted firmly against parts to inspect. Analog output 4...20mA provided to PLC can be digitized or use directly for analog circuits. | |
